Digital Workplace & Power Platform Expert (Copilot & AI Enablement)

Your role

As a Digital Workplace & Power Platform Expert, you are a trusted advisor for our clients. You combine hands-on platform expertise with a consulting mindset: you uncover opportunities, shape pragmatic solution directions, and help organizations adopt and scale solutions sustainably.

You’re not “just” a project manager. Together with client stakeholders, makers, and Appfie’s delivery experts, you work end-to-end: from discovery workshops to real prototypes.

What you'll do:

• Advise clients on how Power Platform, Microsoft 365 and Copilot can improve workflows, collaboration, and productivity.
• Facilitate discovery workshops to identify valuable use cases, clarify requirements, and define success metrics.
• Translate business needs into solution & product direction: recommended approach, architecture-level choices, and a clear path forward.
• Prototype: create lightweight solutions (and iterate with users) to validate value quickly.
• Enable teams through coaching & mentoring: support makers, improve solution quality, and accelerate adoption.
• Support adoption & scaling by defining Power Platform & AI governance, aligning stakeholders, guiding best practices, and ensuring solutions are usable and maintainable.
• Collaborate with Appfie teams to ensure delivery quality, momentum, and client satisfaction. You will take on the role of project manager and serve as SCRUM master when required.
• Identify opportunities to deepen impact (upsell) by spotting where additional enablement, governance, or extensions would unlock more value.
• Join in-person client sessions in Belgium whenever required.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who checks most of the following boxes:

• You are living in Belgium
• Medior experience in a consulting / solution advisory role, ideally around Power Platform and/or Microsoft 365
• Solid understanding of the Power Platform ecosystem (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Copilot Studio)
• Familiar with Microsoft 365 / digital workplace building blocks (Teams, SharePoint, collaboration patterns)
• Comfortable with Copilot concepts and excited to explore/use them in real business scenarios
• You like to get your hands dirty: you can prototype, iterate, and turn ideas into something tangible
• Strong communication and stakeholder skills (business + IT), workshop facilitation comes naturally
• Autonomous and proactive: you take ownership, create structure, and drive things forward
• Language: fluent in Dutch or French, and able to work professionally in English
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technological, economic, or communication-related field
