Your role

As a Hyperautomation Expert at Appfie Portugal, you will work at the forefront of process automation, delivering innovative solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform (including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and more). You will be responsible for automating business processes, adopting Agile methodologies for iterative delivery, and empowering others through technical coaching, mentoring and best practices.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to analyze, design, develop, and deploy solutions that deliver value and drive long-term improvements. Your role also includes testing, documentation, and coaching team members to ensure continuous improvement in the quality and scalability of our solutions.

Your profile

• Experience & Skills:
  • Strong understanding of the complete Microsoft Power Platform stack, including Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, and Copilot Studio.
  • Proven experience in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban), with a focus on delivering high-quality, production-ready solutions in short sprints.
  • Expertise in at least two components of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, etc.). Senior-level proficiency and strategic understanding of the entire Power Platform ecosystem is a plus.
  • Experience in no-code/low-code environments, leveraging Microsoft Azure components (e.g., Logic Apps, Data Factory).
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices, SDLC, and quality assurance processes.
  • Strong communication skills, able to interact with stakeholders, provide technical guidance, and facilitate collaboration.
  • You have a bachelor's or master's degree, or an equivalent qualification, or demonstrable experience in an IT-related field.
